Victoria Phillippi is the owner of Run4PRs Coaching. Since 2013 Victoria has helped hundreds of runners set PRs in 1 mile-100 mile distances. We catch up with Victoria since we talked with her back on episode 22 of the Runified Podcast and address running questions including:
